Which manufacture is the best for accelerometer ic?
may be low noise.
 

Depends what you want.

For home hobby use I still like the ADXL201, it's a nice solderable
DIP8, runs off 5V and gives a linear voltage output. But maybe
you need a 6-axis whizbang with serial digital output or something.
