hi
the input and output frequency of the demodulator is different. Can any one guide me how to measure the noise figure in this case for a simple OOK demodulator. (any ref, cadence example)
Thanks
Thanks FvM and BigBoss for your kind reply
Actually i used s5p file as it has the EM simulated results of the balun. my balun ports setup is as follows:
I am interested only in narrow band matching with center frequency of 120 GHz
Thanks
hi
i have made a balun with single ended input and differential output. My questions are:
a) when and why we should AC ground the center tapped terminal?
b) i have made the matching at input which was single ended but how will i made it for the differential output. i figured out the values of...
dear all
i have implemented the qpsk modulator (active double balanced gilbert cell) and demodulator (passive). I want to check the conversion gain of the modulator and want to know about harmonic balance setup preparation in cadence. if you can guide me through any good link for literature...
hi
i tried to understand the following parameters for root raised cosine filter in cadence but did not getting correct o/p.:
alpha
over_samples
group_delay
frame_time
numChipsOut
can any one guide how to set the parameters for 50Gb/s square wave for OOK modulation.
Thanks
hi
what is the further benefits or tradeoffs in extending the channel length of a MOSFET more towards higher lengths. (Tradeoffs are clear with short channel and long channel) If we further increase the channel length , what may be the possibilities.
Thanks
