    RISC is some kind of "class" of microcontrolers. A microcontroler is RISC means that it has less instructions than "normal" microcontrolers, but it's faster/cheaper.

    Bios -> no, on-board port is turned off, and under Win98 its all right. I can't change addresses, because they are all grayed (see the picture).
