I have two c94-m8p board for RTK fixing
one of them is base
the other is the rover
I want to link the rover to Arduino and take the fixed signal
When i link it by UART I can take the GNSS signal without fixing - and when I tried take RTCM signal from radio i cannot take it , itsnot...

I want to study 32bit microcontrollers
but which company is better to study ?
I was advised to study STM 32bit cotrollers
but I find that most of modern mobiles is qualcomm 32bit controllers
so , what do you advise me to study ?

I have avira in trying time , I have 10 days to finish my trying time
but when I open an excel file I see that 98 is the usage of excel process in task manager
and when I don't do anything I see that "system Idle process is 98 of CPU usage"

I have a trouble with my laptop that when I open any file or any folder or any program , the usage for CPU go up and up
and mostly the usage became 100% and the laptop goes slow and slow

if I have a circuit in two layers : top and button
is it good to make a polygon to both two layers ,

on camera's board there is a number : "pd0630" .I don't know what it is . but I think it is the datasheet for the module
the module is taken from a mobile phone
