Strange phase response of a LPF

I know you have do it with pmos, but to verify rerun your test with lumped resistor and see how is the ouput. Then we can cross verify where the problem is. I calculated the gain with values you gave. f=2.2GHz fc=500KHz R= 3.122MΩ c=0,102 pF what is this? 0,102 means here?

Strange phase response of a LPF

I worked out the gain and phase, all looks fine. Have you tried with a lump resistor instead of PMOS transistors?

how single nmos/pmos Directly go to saturation

Hello eladla There is nothing to confuse here, the orginigal question how does the transistor go to saturation from cutt off, you can explain with equations. The person who asked the question have understood the equations and he/she doesn't want to explain thru equations. Very simple I will...

how single nmos/pmos Directly go to saturation

@ sunnymeharwal I think you're over engineering a simple concept. Don't think about equations, basically a trasnistor will not jump directly from cutt off - sat or vice versa and no circuit/systems can't jump this is very basic. Don't forget that circuits has to go thru the instaneous values...

how single nmos/pmos Directly go to saturation

I didn't go thru all of your answers fully but the answer to the original question is: Imagine a switch connected is between a capacitor and a battery. when you swicth ON, the cap charges to Vmax of the battery. To reach a steady state it requires some time. The time duration is because of the...

Is there single nmos or pmos with various W/L

Why do you require W/L considerations for PCB design? Are looking for transistor driving capablities? Check its datasheet.
