hi all
I'm going to design a microstrip bandpass filter using microwave office software.the filter pass band is:9525~9625 MHz.would you please tell me that which filter type is approperiate for my job?
for example?hairpin?interdigital??
thanks in advance
hi all
i'm going to translate the 0/3.3V pulse to 0/5V pulse with frequency of 2kHz.the circuit should derive 1.5A current.I meant the part is the interface between a 3.3V and 5V system and should deliver a current about 1.5A to the 5V system
hi
please attach you schematic and then it is better situation to discuss. It seems that drain resistance is too high to reach that value of noise figure.and of course the feedback resistor(drain to source) is connected for gain flatness usually. If the gain is flat enough you can omit that value...
actually I have connected different noise sources and set up different measurments, But I coulden't establish the proper result.would you please tell me about the source and measurment setup more precise
of course this is some kind of matching itself.but appropriate for real impedance to real one transformation and if the impedance is not real it does not work.I agree with vfone
hi
thanks for your reply
I was aware of what you said. But if I want to simulate anyway, how can I do that?
Imagine I'm going to simulate some device (including passive or active devices),how can I introduce noise sources in microwave office?
hi all
I'm going to analyze SNR in wilkinson power divider.I meant i want to introduce some signal with certain value of noise in one port of wilkinson power divider and see the effect of power divider on SNR in other ports in AWR microwave office.would you please guide me simulate it in that...
hi all
this formula is correct for offset frequencies that is far enough from the carrier.but for 1/f noise i dont think it is true
please see this file from wenzel and this approve me

I agree with you for offset frequencies that far enough from...
hi
In my idea check the signal path using HF probe and spectrum analyzer if you have anyone available to make sure that the components work properly.this is the first step.If components work properly then check the control data and check the wiring one more time to make sure that they are...
hi again
thanks for your reply
There is no problem with DDS.
the main question is:Imagine that there is a signal with phase noise for example -120dBc/HZ.The signal goes through some microwave part for example switch with noise figure=4 dB.then what is the phase noise of output signal???
