Transistor over heating while dimming power LED

Hello all, Here is my circuit, I use linear not PWM with range 0v-10v. 1mA I just test not my dimming method. I wonder why it over heat. Sorry for my confuse I use H1061 not TIP122. When I use H1061 dimming smoothly but over heat, but if I use TIP122 little heat but not smooth.

Transistor over heating while dimming power LED

Hello, I got a problem that I dim power LED 4-7W/50V, but I wonder why my Transistor TIP122 is over heating. I measure the current Ic = 70mA and Ib = 1mA only. I also try change to other transistor but I still got this problem....

[PIC] copy IR transmittion code of remote TV with microcontroller

I means that example I have one TV remote control and I want to make new remote control with Microcontroller the same as previous remote control. But the problem is I don't know which code have to send to TV IR CODE (ex.10010010). How can I know or copy those code from previous remote control?

[PIC] copy IR transmittion code of remote TV with microcontroller

Hello friend, I have one problem. I want to copy signal code from my remote TV and Air conditioner. But I don't have idea how to copy it by PIC. I have ever saw a way they use soundcard PC and software Gowave to analyse signal from remote but it seem hard and cannot copy fast. Is there any way...

[SOLVED] Dimming LED bulb from main supply AC 220V

Hello all friends, I want to dim my LED bulb from main supply AC 220V. So How can I do? as you know we cannot put any circuit inside LED bulb. The only best way is dim from outside is main supply.

[SOLVED] PIC reset while switch off AC 220V load and Transformerless power supply

@FvM I just change my decoupling capacitor and add capacitor 10uF follow alokadaga, it seem work ok now there is no reset any more but problem start with bluetooth it make bluetooth device disconnect and stuck.

[SOLVED] PIC reset while switch off AC 220V load and Transformerless power supply

@Mr.FvM, So that does my circuit cannot use right? Exactly the reason that I use transformerless because I need space for mh circuit must small and it have to plug in AC main power. So that according to your hight knowledge is there any way better than transformerless to get power supply from...

[SOLVED] PIC reset while switch off AC 220V load and Transformerless power supply

@alokdaga, could you share me circuit decoupling that you said to me. Because I also use capacitor 10nF between Vdd and Vss too

[SOLVED] PIC reset while switch off AC 220V load and Transformerless power supply

@Klaus, now I got this problem. Is there any way to solve it? I follow this circuit from Microchip why it still have problem. www.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/00954A.pdf - - - Updated - - - @sankar, I use with all kind AC device such as: Fan, Lamp, TV, heater....etc
