ku band lna design help?
i want to deign a lna operated for 17~18GHz using mic technique(two stage).
design goal:nf<1.8dB,gain>18dB,vswr(out)<2
please give me some hemt(not hemt chip).
and what should i noitce for such hign frequency design.
(i've designed many lnas for upper x band)
give me...
i found it used for self-biasing at source of fet(filtronic application documents) for designing broadband mpa or lna.
the active device is (p)hemt chip.
please give some detail information about it,good luck!
i want to design these lans:
operating from 1ghz~7ghz;6ghz~18ghz;1ghz~18ghz.
gain:50dB,nf:<5dB,vswr<2,ripple<3dB
give me some informations and examples(active device).
my question is:what kind of active device should i use?
what difference between packaged device and fet(hemt) chip?
for...
i think you should make a match circuit.
for a bjt, fet, hemt,it's match circuit perphaps different.
for a certain impeadance match there have several sorts of
method.
for a 12Ghz frequency band,you should use a hemt or phemt,it have
a good noise performance.
bias circuit is not increase...
