how to deicde the parameters of the amp in a 100M/s pipeline adc??? is 300MHz gbw enough??can anyone tell me how to solve it? give me pdf is ok,too.windgone0204@yahoo.com.cn
hi, i am design a current steering DAC(10_bit 100MHz), but i don't know how to simulate th

you can give a sin signal, then you can analyse the output datas with spice-explore:converte the output datas to digital signal, then converte the digital signal to analog signal, finaly u can get the sndr, snr, sfdr, enob, etc. you also can refer to the spice-explore help.
the hspice-help said that one can use .noise vo vin num.but after i do the analysis ,the report is :invalid input noise source. can anyone tell me how to solve this question. thanks advanced.
Re: How to simulate a SC-CMFB fully diffrential OTA with Hsp
i do tran analysis firstly, then i can know when the transistors are working in the saturation region.finaly, i do op analysis at the time.
How to measure Gm?
Just run DC analyses, then u can print the DC node voltage(?I forget it, but the print button can do it ,just try it) and u can find the GM.
