in the data sheet，there are two different Dielectric Constant, εr，one is Process specification ，the other one is Design specification。I want to know what‘s the difference and when we design a antenna，which should we use in simulation？THX.
if a and b are real numbers，( √(a÷b)=(√a)÷(√b) ？ ; i think a and b must be positive numbers ( √(a÷b)=(√a)÷(√b).
