Thanks, I was using 62 ND magnets which affected the sensor from about 15mm with an airgap of 4 to 5mm.
I have swapped those out for 32 ND magnets which affect the sensor from about 8mm now with an airgap of 6 to 7mm. This seems to have solved the problem, I have tested about three hours now and...
