With the network analyzer E8363B I did a TRL calibration and measured S-parameters of an empty waveguide line. I had |S11|^2 + |S21|^2 > 1, about 3 % higher. I did these measurements before and had accuracy better than 0.1 %. Can anybody give me an idea, what happened.
