Bicmos uses all of the same steps as cmos.some additional masks are inserted at opportune points in the process of cmos.Bicmos process is suitable for analog and digital design.
we insert some spare cells by hand for change our netlist ,connect spare cells input to gnd or vcc,but we be ready to change one or two mask(top metal) to get our needed state.
