Swop the board or the 4 proms from the 2019.

Hi can anyone help me to unlock my marconi 2018 to level 2 when i push funtion
button and 0 i do get no display normal.
i just do not know what buttons to push in order to open level 2.
I have the 2018A Service Manual no good for the 2018.
