cmos vlsi design by david harris
Hello everybody.
I am not able to buy that book in my country and doing it by internet is way too expensive for me, I hope someone uploads the book someday.
I attach the solutions manual in case you need it :)

Does anybody use Alliance for VLSI designs?

I have tried following the installation instructions included but without success.
Could you please tell me how the installation process is?
How to install Alliance
Hello.
I have been training with Microwind for a long time and now I would like to move to Alliance CAD software.
I do not have much knowloadge about Ubuntu so it has been difficult for me to install it there.
Could you please tell me the steps to install it properly...
Unfortunately I do not think I should spend more money now, as I am not an expert in FPGA's, besides you do not get money from trees :D, so I will go for the NEXYS2 board.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Thanks for your post hrhgroup
I am running out of time to buy one, yeah I think it is a very good board too, just wanted to know if someody had problems with it and/or recommend another one.
How many days did it took to get the board in your house?
Greetings
You are right echo47, I do not have specific requierements but I would like the best cost-performance relationship. That is why I have the NEXYS board as reference, because a friend recommended me that one.
Do you think it is a good one? Do you know other one with similar capabilities and lower...
Thanks for your post
That is why I ask for suggestions, I do not want a very basic board, but not an industrial one, I would like one whic suits for educational and prototypes.

Hello everybody
I would like to buy a FPGA board, a friend recommended me ones from Digilen (NEXYS) but I would like to know your opinions.
Which is the best I can get for less than $150?
Thanks for your help.
spice schematic cadance
You are right LvW, Electronics Workbench is able to do that, so should be Multisim I guess.
I asked about Orcad Capture because I think Orcad Pspice A/D is good to simulate at high frecuencies. (In order to get the maximum operation frecuency)
Thanks for the suggestions...
.cir file
Hello everybody
I think it should be possible to get an schematic from a circuit description file, do you know the way to do this usin Orcad Capture 9.1?

I may suggest "Microelectronics" by Sedra/Smith book to understand most of the topics, it is a very good book, then you can use "Integrated circuit" by Jacob Milman, those 2 books should be enough, I tell this from experience :D

Re: stupid question?????!!!!
I do not think it is a stupid question.
It is clear that you want a less abstract answer, but remember that the concept of electron comes from experiments, the same for positive and negative charges, they were discovered based on experience.
I do not have the...
