    whell you could have transformer isolated inputs. then the screen would be isolated. but these inputs are rare (expensive)

    I mean the PSU will not be influenced by the mic, so the mic signal will not go onto a different channel. The XLR of the mic is connected via a few k-ohms to the PSU, while the internal resistance of the PSU is very low.

    It's high impedance to a low impedance PSU. so no cross talk.

    No need to isolate then You can even run the FOH and monitor desk in parrallel (both suppling 48V) Joost

    altium expedition we bought altium 2 year ago (then for the top price, price has drop alot now). NEVER had any regrets. it is SOOOO quick to work with (schematic snippets are great, and very quick and easy routing). joost
