Re: Where can I buy low cost TV tuners in about 1k quantity I think u can get what you want from Thomson, Singapore

About the gate resistance of a MOSFET

TSMC 0.18um RFCMOS in Cadence SpectreRF in order to find the gate resistance of a MOSFET, I try to read the gate resistance from the Smith chart for S11. I fixed the channel length to 0.18um, and fixed number of fingers to be 64. Then I change the value of width per finger. ( the MOSFET is...

People ALWAYS say CMOS is more LINEAR than BJT,what's PROOF?

Re: People ALWAYS say CMOS is more LINEAR than BJT,what's PR I have always been told the conclusion that BJT device is more linear that the MOS cos for BJT Ic=BetaIb it is almost linear while for MOS device, it folows the quadratic law, so the linarity is degraded. I dunt know where you get...

What should the GSG probe pad size be for testing it?

Re: GSG Probe Pad size yes, I do think so. and I think that you can find the minimum require value from the techfile of the probe producer. large pad size eases measurement setting while brings about huge parasitice capacitance, so for me, the minimum possible value is just fine.

What should the GSG probe pad size be for testing it?

probe pad size It depends on the GSG on-wafer probe you are using mainly. as for me, 80u*80u is OK
