I am desgining a DC DC buck boost converter based on H bridge and feed back network.
I need to make a gate driver for the NMOS as without it the feedback loop doesnt work.
If anybody has some guideline for designing a NMOS gate driver schematic for ams370 or UMC130nmrf please help.
Can anybody help me how to drive gate of an NMOS for a DC DC buck Boost converter.
The conveter design is based on H bridge and has feedback network due to which we need to make a driver circuit for NMOS so if anybody has some thing to share in this regard will be highly appreciated..
