I got a SMPS board which is having capacitor 1000mf 25v and 105 printed on that it bulged.
Can I replace that with 2200mf 50v only which don't have any print like 105.
And what is 105 .

i have made a IR sensor using LM324 and interfaced it with 89s52 when it is inside room the circuit works fine when sunlight falls on sensor it stops working. I feel the rays from sun light having IR disturbing it so can you please help me how to solve this problem. Actually the circuit...
Sir thanks for reply when we connect 6v, 7ah battery to 6v 500ma circuit suddenly all 7ampere current from battery will enter into circuit or the circuit will consume how much it needed?
if i apply 12v,7ah to 6v 500ma(having 6v regulator) circuit then what will happen?

"If you are already using 5V regulator ic for microcontroller and 12V regulator ic for driver ic lm324 you can connect the battery to the circuit... For safety you can use protecting fuse of 500mA - 1.5A...."
