I have 4 AC generating circuits all driven from the same mechanical source. Ie. they all will have the same voltage and curent output capability at any given time. However the voltage will very from 3 to 30 volts over a period of 5 to 10 minutes due to the mechanical source changing...
Q3 Tthe physical properties of a capaditor is two plates isolated by an insulator. No current flows through either AC or DC. If you charge up one plate with electrons, the other plate will respond accordingly. With DC the plate charges up once and the other plate does the same.. only...

I am new and not sure if I am asking my question in the right place.
I have several variable ac voltage inputs that range form 1 volt to 30 volts.
I desire to have a steady dc voltage output but to also utilize the extra curent created from the input source over the dc voltage level...
