If there is no R2 or R2=0;I don't think there is enough voltage for Vgs_mn1 making MN1 work in saturated state!

As you see,when Vaux=-10V,the current of MN1 will be extremely high,the voltage will be very high ,too. In order to maintain the current of MP2, Vg_mp2...
