I have a general question about how BGAs are worked with in industry.
As far as I know a pick and place machine aligns the BGA with the pads on PCB and places other components.
Then the PCB goes to soldering oven.

In my setup I have a fixed phone on a telephone line.
I want to connect another 'DTMF generator' to phone line so that i can play DTMF tones..
It will only need to use 'DTMF generator' when my primary phone is off hook.

Most SerDes including from TI are targated for 10g ethernet and do support 8b 10b encoding ...
sata iii also uses 6 Gbps 8b 10b encoding ..
