As i used it after alarm set i power down it automatically on.. datasheet says use a capacitor or give a 3 volt ..but i did not use capacitor or 3 volt but still RTC running after power down .
I want to set alarm of 5AM and power down the module at 8PM so it is necessary to give power supply VRTC pin ??
if necessary than by applying 3Volt at VRTC or 4.7uF Capacitor.
As i tried by setting alarm of 5AM it automatically turn on at 5AM than why SIMCOM recommending
3Volt at VRTC pin...
first give reset mode command to modem . like cold mode, hot mode.
if still not getting location .
you have to give power supply to your antenna . short vbat pin with vant pin .
no issue with SIM900A. issue with your browser . like many times we seen at websites that this web supports Internet explorer and mozilla . basically problem with browser
I design a circuit of Modbus and GSM with two different regulators.
Modbus need voltage >4.8 and GSM need 4 volt so i used 7805 (1Amp) with Max485 and atmega8 converter and LM2596 (3Amps) Adjustable regulator to power up GSM board . and input supply is 12V/2A adapter. when i use this circuit to...
its two wire RTD connection and we manually calibrate it using TRIM pot. of 50ohm and 100ohm .so using pot. it is not going to change manually and when i apply pressure on sensor the current not change ..always give 27mAmps in output /
also i used trim pot of high value and changed IC nothing...
