After SIM908 connecting to the server, I sent data with command AT+CIPSEND=<data length>.
When it respond the prompt "> ", I enter data.
Then wait for a long time, the modem respond "SEND OK".
The timeout is quite long (about 8-12s), so i want to improve this problem.
What command that...

Hi. I solved this problem. Now I use GSM and GPS with only one module UART.
I faced another problem. This is my command sequence:

Hi all,
I am using module sim908 in my project.
I want to know whether I use the same module UART of MCU for both GMS and GPS module of sim908.
Now, GSM module work well (can send/read sms, make voice call ...).
But I send "AT+CGPSPWR=1" to power up GPS then the modem do not respond anything...
I find out another way to solved this problem.
I send command AT+CFUN=1,1 to restart module, it take time out about 4s.
Then I can detect simcard.
But This command respond:
IIII
RDY
OK
+CFUN: 1
+CPIN: READY
But, as in ATC Manual, It only respond OK if in fixed baudrate. The first 4 characters...

My modem and sim-card are working normally.
Then i desert sim-card out of slot. Then I send "CPIN?", it respond "sim not insert".
Then I insert sim...
It is great.
How is sequence command?
I tried to send data via TCP/HTTP and FTP function with SIM900B and it worked well..
But I dont know how to send email.

My project with SIM90 can send/read SMS, make voice call..
But it havent yet received SMS:
- I insert sim card into slot.
- Initialize SIM 900B with CPIN / CREG / CSG -> everything OK
- Send SMS --> OK
- Then I use another mobile phone to send SMS to the sim card in slot
- Then use command CGML...
The buffer is OK. I checked it.
I also use "0x1A" to send sms successfully.
After command CIPSEND, I use CIPSTATUS to query status and the modem respond :
OK
STATE: IP STATUS
Any idea??
