I faced this problem in the past !!
I try to search on internet the software which support PCB and 3D ! but i failed !!
So i solve this problem by using Autodesk Inventor, It can draw 3D components very easy !! and then you place them on your board to make template !!

this project i finished 2 year ago.
You can using Red led,Green led and Blue led.
anod node all of them is common.
3 pins K u connect with 3 pins of MCU ( Pins support PWM).
with fix number for one u can make a diiferent color.
So u can make 255x255x255 colors if u use PWM 8 bits...
all right, this work i done, i design and control arm robot usign DC motor, the best using servo motor, i used AVR family, i used a MCU for a motor, MCU control motor via H-bridge and feedback encoder, u can choose Fuzzy or PID method to control angle !! good luck !!

i also about Keil software, i have used it for along time, that soft is very good for all of MCU belongs 8051.
