Exactly! I figured out later. Thanks for your answer anyway!:-D

[Moved]: Problems in simulation noise of amplifier

Hi everyone. I am using Cadence IC5 to simulate a 2 stage opamp noise. What I want is to find the corner frequency where 1/f noise equals thermal noise. The problem is that from "direct plot->main from->noise" I can see the 10dB/decade roll till 1kHz, then the power begins to keep decreasing...

Power Amplifier vs Voltage Amplifier (impedance matching or impedance bridging?)

Hi all, The amplifier input impedance is giving me a headache even I looked for answer from these two posts: https://www.edaboard.com/threads/29869/ https://www.edaboard.com/threads/230983/. First of all the situation is for receiver end not transmitter. My question begins with the unfinished...

Why matching impedance of LNA since we only concern about signal voltage?

Thanks for your reply. But when we talk about impadance matching for LNA, it is Zl=Zi*. Is it happen to be that power matching is the same situation as noise matching?

Why matching impedance of LNA since we only concern about signal voltage?

Hi all, I am wondering why we do impedance matching for LNA. Because in most sensor circuits where opamps are used it is the input voltage to amplifiers are maximized. From this post https://www.edaboard.com/threads/67820/ I only understand that when maximum power transfered to system the...

Differences of low noise amplifier(LNA) and instrumentation amplifier(INA)

Is there a clear definition difference between these two amplifiers? I know input impedance of INA is large and usually do not need matching but why can't it be low noise? Does impedance matching helping LNA achieve low noise effect? Can LNA be used for low frequency (below 100Hz) high...

    FFT Noise Problem

Can not see the picture. Sometime this problem happens because your fft's noise is higher than your signal. Try more points.
