I want to display some voltage information directly into the LCD (without programming a mcu). can someone suggest me some IC that i can use for the purpose.

the surface i would be heating has plastic layer (on the heating side) and then metal layer (on top of plastic). i will check the package. faster heating is also a key for my design.

Yes, the dc volage applied in power supply can perfewctly be measured and as i said the if the source of input is from from a dc supply no problem can be observed. I have attached the circuit fr convenience. its simply a filter plus amplifier.

Thanks for quick reply....Its a single side board. I designed the PCB board and set the input trace width to 10 mil. So you mean it should have benn 40 mil??
Also is not it surprising the circuit works fine with a dc supply of same range without any problem.
I fabricated a PCB board first time and used trace width of 20 mil for power traces and 10 mil for all others. When i check the circuit with dc input voltage (ex:50 mv- 600 mv) everything is perfect.

Options -> Global Preferences -> PCB Design -> Show Global Fiducial Marks (uncheck)

hi, i added some text outside my outline but it still coming inside the outline when i create gerber,...
so i don understand where the additional space outside the outline coming from.....is that default ? if so how can i change this setting. someone who use ultiboard may help me.....
In that case, i wonder how would i change the file name extension for drills. Ultiboard created two files with .drl and .rep extension. But the manufacturer are asking in one file in XLN extension. i thought both .drl and .rep are necessery, no??
