i am making a remote dimmer(use AC),
so i cannot test with bench supply(and i don't have other equipment),
and thx for the suggestion of using the other regulator

i use mcu to control 2 channel dimmer
However the light bulb lightness was not even
say when i fire @50% duty on 2 triac , one is brighter than other.

i connect 1M resistor from main 110v ac to MCU
however, the zero cross is uneven
and i found that the waveform to mcu is a bit strange ..

2)Connect DC power supply GND with Triac A1 terminal. Requires either an isolated supply or rearrangement of the AC load

however the gate signal is greatly affect by the triac
and it's lost in control .
The gate and the MT1 signal are so low in impediance (abt 50-100 ohm)
and the MT1 signal feedback on the triac gate termianl. . .
how to solve it?
