first i was not familiar whit smart phone myself ..
some one have ask me to control a custom PCB from a smart phone via WI-FI
so what was the best way to handle that ?
for now that wast my idea ..
1-) if PCB module was server whit , so the phone will need to scan and find it network...

many shop use for HASL cheap solder that contain nickel in the allow (Sn100C ,AS9930NC etc)
and this may pose issue when wix whit SAC305 and some type of flux
but that fall bit out of topic ,so back to endless and point less anything except eagle basing ;-)

yup but low cost chinese fab dont care of IPC so most of time it just delete the solder mask bethen pin
bib did solder mask not fall in ipc 610 ? anyway i see many low cost shop that remove it even if good footprint was used

it imply that anything fine pitch 0.5mm and down that have wrong pad design
may got to thin solder mask bethen pad , in that case pcb shop may remove it
or let it but so think that it broke ,then it will do solder bridge
that wly PCB designer need to work closely whit it PCB fab and...

so appel or else have money to do fancy stencil and MTBF for cell phone was not primary concern
QFN was ok but must carefully on footprint design and specially the thermal tab and it associated "past" layer

the assembly side was also often under estimate ,it have lot to learn on that aspect
i start looking this in deep when someday one of my board have been produce to over 200,000 unit
save 1$ on assembly turn into 200K $ net profit , for fully understand it i start doing small scale...

made your symbole/footprint start whit pin 1 that mandatory
then on library executive you add your symbole as a "gate" and in "pin view" your remap it as need
for check if it right click on pin number it will highlight symbol pin and footprint pin and gate pin
for see if it match what...
in my shop if pcb guy screw the thing it paid the next pcb run
that effective to not forget again and realise that take 2 hour to re-validate cost less that a pcb run
