    that is what i create, the high output is about 7.1 volt but the low output 0 volt when i measure it

    hi, i'm just trying to use this ir2101s mosfet driver. I have a problem with the HO, the pin is automatically HIGH when the circuit on, but the High In pin is in low condition. Is it the fault from the circuit or the ic's?. The circuit is like in the data sheet. Vcc = 12v
