If you want to continue your career in academic side, go for post-doc in a Univ. Otherwise get into a job.

One way to get into an MNC as a fresher is thru campus selections. If there is no campus selection going on in your college, you have to apply for off-campus freshers recruiement program which will be conducted by companies like TCS...
