I am not sure wether garg29 has alreday done this project. As per my point of view, i have worked in similar design where the frequency from the water is rectified to DC, and then attenuated to required level which is then fed to the microcontroller.
I have a few projects which requires microcontroller programming. Devices may be chosen according to the guy who is willing to write the codes. PIC, AVR or 89series may be prefered. The projects should be tested at the programmers end and the schematics and codes may be send to me through mail...
