hi... for beginners it would be best to go with C.... C++ is more advanced and hence a bit complicated than C.... But C++ has some useful concepts that C does not. The most important is Object Oriented Programming Systems. But if u master in C, that too is sufficient....
Re: General doubt
if the diode alone is in the circuit, i think it wont be big issue. but if it is in some other circuit, it makes a big difference. can u get it?
Re: Pn junction help
ya.. its not like jus bringing together a p-material and a n-material and attaching... it has got so many steps in manufacturing. u better refer to millman. but it would be easy for studying its characteristics, if u jus consider tat they r attached..
In the RHS of maxwell's equations, we have variables like D and B. For minimizing the number of variables, we use the constituent equation like, D = εE and B = µH. why dont we directly write E and H there in Maxwell equations instead of separately specifying them in those constituent...
I read, in stepper motor the power is given to the poles one by one. when the power is in one pole of the stator, the rotor is attracted to it and alligns with its teeth. My doubt is, since the rotor is fixed to a shaft and could be able to move only in a circular way, how could it move upwards...
