i am using MOSFET for the 3φ inverter to drive BLDC motor.Mosfet are frequently damaged . i could not not understand why it is getting damaged without giving supply to the inverter....plz tell me the reason

i have generated the trriger pulse for thyristor the gate current from the pulse transformer is coming around 25mA.BUT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I CANT ANALYSE.IF ANYONE KNOWS PLZ HELP ME

i am a pg student,in my project i have generated the trigger pulse for the generator .the output of the pulse transformer is 3v,but when i give it to my thyristor its not triggering.i dont know what is the problem if any one knew plz help me,its quit useful...
