Hi guys,
I would like to build a ranging device based on the 40Khz peizo electric transducers.
I had a look at EPE mag's/ John Becker's designs and they are indeed very simple.
However, he assumes that the users would like to have long range and thus his design has very little precision at...

Hi guys,
I am interested in interfacing wheatstone bridge type pressure sensors, specifically :
1. SmartTec SPD015G
2. SX01DD4
Both are wheatstone bridge type (or I am mislead? )and I have a feeling that the analog interface for them will be similar.
They will be used to...
state transition diagram s-r
Hi
Can you guys have a look through the state transition diagram for the asynchronous SR FlipFlop that I came up with.
State X stand's for undefinied/don't care. State 11 is missing from the diagram because this state is never reached by the FF.
State 01 for...
Hi
Can you guys identify this sensor.. it's supposed to be an IR sensor.
2 numbers are etched on the SMD IC : 814 and 528
Two slots are reserved for the Vcc of LEDs and the middle slot is the common ground.
Rest I dont know.
Do give out some pointers.
@PaulHolland
You are right ! But after years of studying I have found a few techniques which also let's one use a NORMAL CDR and normal CD Burning software.
ALtough, the best protection I made till date required special CDs :)
I would definitely like to keep in touch with you about this...
pwm wizard
Thank you...
I had originally thought of including this very feature, but since it's not useful for CCS code, I left it out...
What you want will only be useful to a person coding in ASM (or are there some variants in PIC C which let you set these directly)...
However, if I see...
lm358 photodiode
Hi
Crazy as I am, I want to use an IR LED as IR photodiode, because I noticed that the response of an IR LED to IR is very good.
Just take a normal IR LED, connect it across a DVMM and shine some IR on it.... for me, I registered 0.4 volts @ 2uA....
I think that's quite good...

Lately, I have been doing a lot of maths on my own because of my IR Obstacle detector design.
Noticed a lot of people asking for help on configuring PWM using CCS C.
Then it struck me.
Why not make a tool to simplify the process for all ?
So I sat down today, fired up my Visual...
