Hi Aju,
I would suggest that you install a packet sniffer like wireshark onto your PC and try and capture the packets that are being sent from the software to the unit.

If you are wanting to study these protocols, I would recommend that you go and look at the RFC's from the Internet Engineering Taskforce. The RFC that you require to get you started would be RFC1122.

The pins you have mentioned on the PIC (RC3 and RC4) are implementing the MSSP within the PIC. What you will need to do is implement the Software I2C Library in MikrocPro and change the pin definitions to the pins that you are wanting to use RB0 and RB1.
