The protel is more easy to use & study , and pcb file format always convert too trouble, if you know autocad , you can use autocad to convert the file format so easy.
The DXP is more powerful , and use it easy , but need the computer high performance , it not make any *.ddn files , the output file is small. But Protel 99se can't do this.

The lanuage is not correct. I install Protel Dxp also have the same problem. I forgot where to download the setup.msi to replace the old file. And then you can install it.
