i still do not know how i could change bjt to mos(pmos or nmos) to realize the same function.
in my application ,the supply is produced by internal circuit and is bonded to pin of package.
the supply produced by circuit is pulse voltage, so i can not use RC-CLAMP as ESD protection.

hi , in ESD protection , i meet some trouble. i have a circuit consisted with bjts to limit the value of the supply voltage ,
but now i must use cmos technology to realize the same function of the voltage limiter in ESD protection . diode and resistor can be still used.
what...
i think : because R13=2*R0 and the IB(Q16)=IB(Q18)=0.5*I0/(1+beta(Q16),so the VBE(DZ17)=VBE(Q0)+0.5*IB(Q16)*R13.
then the collector current of Q(DZ17) is determinated. do you think ?
thanks !
thank you ,my friends , I have a problem on this circuit.
R13=8*R R14=2R, R0=4R , i dont know how to determine the collector current of QZ17,because i dont know the drain voltage of the nmos NM0
help i dont know how work one subcircuit in low noise amplifier with bipolar process
in the analysis low noise amplifier ,i dont konw the function of one subcuit ,the process is bipolar
can you tell me the function or some relevant information or document
thank pancho_hideboo
i try it,but the function complex dont support and i cant not find it in the calulator
the message is *Error* ("complex" 3 t nil ("*Error* complex: argument #1 should be a number (type template = \"n\")" drwave:92266632))
Dear
i dont know how to simulate active polyphase filter frequency response by spectre at ac simulation
i add the simulus as follow : V1 Iin+ 0 1V ac 200m 0
V2 Iin- 0 1V ac 200m 180
V3 Qin+ 0...
