You can also go to the menu: View/Zoom DRC/Route Box and select all your board, then go to: Auto/Autoroute DRC/Zoom Box.

You can search the analog.com site for "pedometer". It will show you the AN-602 that explains a pedometer application using the acceleration sensor ADXL202. Including the theory.
