hspice model for 0.35 technology
Maybe I should make some modifications of SPICE model before using it in ADS,http://eesof.tm.agilent.com/docs/adsdoc2002/netlist/net0823.html,
but still I don't understand how to .
0.25um cmos technology
@DS is Advanced Design System from @gilent Company,It's similar to Hspice but it's used in RF system.Maybe somebody who is familiar with Hspice and ADS can tell me if I can use MOSIS models directly in ADS.

I know that Spice is diffenrent from ADS,I want to wonder if I can use the Spice cmos technology model in ADS .If not ,where I can get the ADS cmos technology model ?
