Here i am posting some questions please give me the exact answers asap
1) What is the best/required bandwidth of a filter that you need at the input of an AD converter if one desires to convert a signal at a specific speed and with a certain number of bits ?
Note - The Shannon principle is...
hai
1. you will match inputof the second stage by increasing the outputport resistance and combining with the balun .
2.as per my knowledge no ned of considering capacitance.you will get the values of R, L by using simple RLC resonance circuit formulae.

Added after 2 minutes...
yes
you can do that one with inductive degeneration with offchip inductor
you will get wideband matching in 3 ways
1.by dequing the circuit
2.by adding extra pole at the input matching
3.by using varactor diode inplace of capacitor(this one may be best possible solution)
another way is...
Hai all
I am doing LNA design .active loads influencing the noisefigure can any one suggest me goodmaterial for noise due to active loads
thanks and regards
hai all
I am very having some basic doubts please give me reply.
1.I am doing LNA design ,for single ended LNA ..when i am doing the simulations for single ended LNA and i am trying to get relation between overdrive voltage and IIP3 (keeping length constant and varying width).for single ended...
can any one post exact circuit and the results for DC-operationg point
Added after 14 minutes:
how to calculate dc,ac,trans responses of simple transistor in cadence spectre
can any one p[post with circuit
thanks in advance
in some books you will get critical feild Vs mobility by using that curve u will surely get critical feild
Added after 3 minutes:
normally the value of critical feild is 5Mv/cm ,i think
