Hi All
Can anybody please help me in finding the document to create the Cadence Virtuoso PDKs. I have developed PDKs for ADS EDA tool so far.
Now I want to create PDKs for Cadence Virtuoso. But I don't know where to start. Please help.

C1=1.0E12 / ( 2 * _PI * _FREQ * ( 1 / Y21 ) )
Where
L1=1.0E9 * ( 1 / Y21 ) / ( 2 * _PI * _FREQ )
Will it be same?
