Please, anybody has some experience with ADEXL DUT? I think I find the way how to use it, but my simulation result isn't clear.
So far I find some note ( http://wikis.ece.iastate.edu/vlsi/index.php/MonteCarlo_Simulations_using_ADE_XL ), where is said that you can set DUT only in Mismatch case...

in ADELXL you can click on SPECIFY DUT, this is what you mean haykding ? I try it few times, but I dont know how to exactly use it correct.
My last opinion is that you need a symbol of circuit you want to test and find him in this menu.
I have some idea,
what if I make a new library "XZ_MC" and into this library a copy standart device nmos/pmos/res etc...
If I change In ADEL Model Library setup from stat to nn monte carlo should take them into simulation, is it right?
Anyway I don't know how I can attach new library to this...

I do Monte Carlo analysis to my Bandgap project, in this simulation I'm interreste in Opamp parametetrs Dc Gain,PM etc....
But as you can see on picture I have 100run but no sigmas no results no distribution. It looks like Monte Carlo doesnt change any parameter and do 100times same...

Erikl you have same idea like me :] but there is a problem that diode connected nmos takes voltage about 0.6V so maybe diode will be close or P_BGR goes to triode.

So every mosfet use { like a diffpair, cascode, common source ...} could be designed in Wi/Mo/Strong inversion? there will be some tradeoff, okay speed, headroom noise but it will still work as cascode or common source , right?
Hi guys, I have solved my problem. I just modify script to be more universal.
First I manualy write device list and change netlist directory and then in script I use foreach cycle.
Much better than manualy rewrite all array and variable in every project.

actually I try to make a program which find every Mosfet in circuit and write id,gm,gds,vds,vdsat and so one. I have many test circuit and I dont want rewrite script because some transistor has a different name.
