Is there some simulator which can simulate voltage flow thru electronics elements (including HV transformers) ? Basicly, i want to make some circuit with transformer and other elements and i want to see graphical voltage flow thru this circuit.

If i understand you correctly you are passing 400V to transformer. I dont know the current in those fully charged capasitors, but how much current can i get out from transformer (in the input is 400V )? Im asking this becuse i want ( as example ) connect small DC motor to transformer output, so...
I have two capasitors. Each capasitor is charged from different source and i can not connect those capasitors together ( serial or paralel).
what i need is:
- sum of both capasitors discharges and transfer to one output ( + , - ).
capasitor 1 = 200V ~ 10uF
capasitor 2 = 200V ~ 10uF
