I've used 'level set based segmentation' method to detect lung boundary in an X-ray image. The boundary is detected, but couldn't segment or extract lung portion from that input X-ray image. Can anyone please help me ? Here the boundary is obtained as a contour . That's y I couldn't correlate it...
