unidirectional buffer
Hi
I am using an external Crystal to supply clock to PIC microcontroller and am using XTAL out(12MHz) of microcontroller as an input clock of an other microcontroller and everything works fine.
Problem starts when the second microcontroller is plugged in/out (of the Zif...

Hi
I would like to get quotations for PCB manufacturing for prototype run of a board 50mm x 70mm, 1 layer, solder mask, silk screen and quantities of 50 and 100 initially with lead times.
Quotation must have price breakdowns and shipping costs as well
Either send in PM or in the...
rms of sine with dc offset
Hi Jack
I was pointing to DC_Average in case the signal is biased to a dc level which most likey it will be if it is going to be sampled by mcu with positive reference only
amplitude signal
I would like to add a few things
1- I suggest initialize "vaue" variable to 0
2- Do following to get rid of dc level in the signal(for example if the signal has been biased)
a. DC_Average = sumOfSample/NoOfSamples
b. For each sample samples[i] =...
rms of sine wave with dc offset
Use microcontrollers adc to take n(100 would be fine) samples of the input sginal for one cycle of the sine wave and do the rms calculations for that. You will need to bias the sinusoidal signal if the adc low reference voltage is 0 volts.
For example, for 50Hz...
Hi
Could you please share where to find cheap zif sockets and where can the cheapest 2 layer pcb manufacturers be found? Longer lead times aren;t a problem
Thanks

Hi
Yes you are right. I am able to read from the chip successfully and reliably. Sometimes I am able to partial right teh chip and very very few times I was able to write the whole chip successfully but this is totally random. The chip behaviour is very deviant from the...
95020 chip
Thanks for your reply. It definitely is an eeprom because when I connect it with an eeprom programmer(doing same connections as for AT25020) only 1st 8 bytes get programmed and the rest unchanged. Still chip pins are not making good sense to me from the schematic

It might be possible that the Frequency of output signal is very very low. You will need to configure the frequency control regsiter to get high frequency even for low loads. Try increasing the load
eeprom im340b
I have a small PCB mounted with this chip, a few resistors/capacitors and a header. Its an 8-pin SOIC package. I have attached the circuit diagram.
This chip is an EEPROM (SPI probably) because in the past I had PCB with AT25020 which I used to program. I dont know to which...
USB EEPROM Programmer
Hi
Few days ago I needed a spi eeprom programmer but couldn't find any cheap USB based Eeprom programmer. The cheap Programmers are either Serial or Parallel port programmers. I am thinking about developing a USB based Eeprom programmer with a reasonable price (around $40...
