Problem when using nDMOS as switches at Charge Pump Design

Thank you for your advice. But as far as I know, we can use the nDMOS like that in 3.jpg, not using Mos-diode configuration, but just using the bulk/source drain diode as the Switch. ( Plase seee Page 2 in PDF-file in attachment.) Of course, there is large current at the start time at...

Thans for the reply. But my problem is that why there are such warnings. I have tried the both direction. But the warnings are still there.

Problem when using nDMOS as switches at Charge Pump Design

Hello everyone, I am trapped in the warnings of the simulation under Cadence/Spectre. Warning from spectre at time = 2.44075 ns during transient analysis `tran'. WARNING (CMI-2139): M2.m1: The bulk-drain junction current exceeds `imelt'. The results computed by Virtuoso(R) Spectre are...

Help!!! Problems during the LVS, I2T100, Calibre

Hello, I am afraid, I must ask, has anybody here used the cell library and design kits of I2T100 successfully? We have lots of problems during the LVS and parasitics extraction under Cadence, by using Calibre. Some other colleges have also similar problems. When you have ever used...

Question about the high voltage CMOS Technology I2T100

Hello, I am trying to design a high voltage Charge Pump circuit by using the I2T100. The nominal breakdown voltage is 100 V? Does anyone here know, if the actual output voltage of the charge pump circuit can reach about 120 V??? Thanks a lot!!!!

Help!!! Looking for Transformer for DC AC Inverter

WimRFP, thanks for the reply. Sorry I forgot to mention that the efficiency is also an very important issue if the power is from Battery. The Dc-DC Chip can usually provide better about 90% efficiency. But the oscillator, I think, normally 70% , isn't?

Help!!! Looking for Transformer for DC AC Inverter

Hello everybody! I am designing a DC-AC Inverter for an EL-Lamp. The DC Input is 12 VDC. And the AC output should be about 120 or 130 VAC at the frequency above 20 KHz. The whole circuit should have a small size lower than 2cm X 4cm, since the EL-Lamp ist about 20 cm2. Because we don't...
