Hi to all.i want to simulate varactor diode in ADS so how should be its lay out?I mean is it available in library or is there any equivalent circut of it?

I am student of Microwave engineering and want to design Inverted F antenna for 900 MHz, 1800 Mhz and 2.45GHz so i will have 3 arms .one for 900 MHz,2nd arm for 1800 MHz and 3rd arm for 2.45 Ghz ,
My Question is How to select the port location in order to balance inductance...
