    Thanking very much for your reply. I desparately need somebody's help. I did try that by using Diode_Model (PN-Junction Diode Model) but unfortunatey when I try to make wire connections with other devices, then no connections are made. Why this happens so? Isnt there any SRD component already...

    I have 32 bits windows XP and installing HFSS 12.1 on it. After installation correctly and running the patches i get following error and then HFSS closes: "An unhandled Win32 exception occurred in hfss.exe [1292]" how can I resolve this issue? thanks
