Why don't you just buy a camper or RV AC unit it runs off of 12 volt DC?
!Camper Air Conditioner are portable 12-volt cooling systems.
I also found these units which use a burshless DC motor ultri high efficient.:-D
DC Air Conditioner: 12 Volt 24 volt 48 Volt DC Air Conditioners DC Solar Air...
With as few components as possible!
how about 3 components.
2 resistors and 1 opa544
the opa544 only has 2 more pins than the BJT and they connect directly to power.
the two resistors set the gain.

Here Is an Off the Shelf unit for $123.00
Digi-Key - VF-S320-54A-1-ND (Manufacturer - VF-S320-54A-1)
Here is a reference design that meets your specs.

Some specs would be nice like voltage, freq source impedance.
this AC voltage detector works for 60 Hz
D1 and D2 are schottky diodes
D2 protects the HC CMOS input from over and under voltage
D1 rectifies the AC
Top circuit detects the positive AC component
Bottom circuit detects the negative...
Input Capacitor:
Most of the time, the voltage specification on transformers and power adapters refers to the rms voltage of the output. If this is the case then 12 volts rms is 17 volts peak. The input cap in this example is 16 volts. This would be bad in that exceeding the voltage spec for a...
A schematic would help with this problem.
Is the circuit simular to the one in this app note
it uses the TL431 with a TCMT1107 opto coupler.

problem:
I may need a little clarification on this problem. I do not understand the term TR Power.
It seems that you bought some bad parts in that they failed immediately when installed in a plasma display you are working on.
You would like to verify component parameters by test before...
Wtransfer is the energy transferred = Work physical
Wloss = energy lost in the transfer
Total energy = Wloss + Wtransfer = Work Capacitor
Efficiency = Wtransfer/total energy
Work (physical) = .1N*.12M =.012Nm
Work Capacitor = 0.5*4700E-6*100 = 0.235 Joules = .235 Nm
Wloss = Wcapacitor=Wphysical...
If ground ratio does refer to the ratio of signal to ground pins in a connector. The assumption is that it refers to single ended signals like TTL or CMOS. This can be a complicated calculation. The general rule of thumb that I use is this. For interconnect between PCBs in the same chassis...
